About Lisa

Lisa Kollisch is a certified executive coach, international consultant and seasoned facilitator who equips leaders and teams to thrive using human-centered strategies for high performance. Lisa works in English, Spanish and French.

Specializing in cross-cultural, cross-functional teams, Lisa cultivates environments that harness individual uniqueness while creating cohesive, high-performing teams. She inspires and enables leaders to leverage their natural strengths, focus on priorities, and foster collaborative environments where innovative ideas flourish and team performance remains high, even amidst change. By aligning, communicating, and collaborating effectively, teams build trust and achieve consistent results while enjoying their work.

Before launching her consulting practice 25 years ago, Lisa held progressively responsible roles at American Express, where she designed and facilitated the strategic planning, goal setting, reporting, and budgeting processes for a division of 800 people. She also led interventions as an internal consultant, helping multiple business units to improve processes, develop teams, coach managers, and develop critical support systems for employees during times of organizational change.

Lisa brings with her a diverse background of  Business Administration, Team Development, Executive Coaching, Sociocultural Anthropology, Non-Violent Communication, Positive Intelligence, Indigenous Wisdom, and more.

Inspired by her family history and core values of kindness, integrity, and humility, Lisa’s mission is to help people develop the wisdom and capability to contribute positively to their organizations, communities, and the world.
